Encik Adila Sabri Muhammad was appointed as the Alternate Director to Dato' Sri Khairul Dzaimee Daud (Non-Independent Non-Executive Director) of UDA Holdings Berhad on 12 November 2025.
He is a distiguished Malaysian public sector administrator with more than two decades of leadership experience in the Federal Government, with expertise in public administration, policy implementation, organisational management and institutional development. Throughout his career, he has held leadership appointments in various ministries and public sector agencies, contributing to policy coordination, programme implementation and public sector administration.
Encik Adila currently serves as the Undersecretary of the Halal and Vendor Development Division at the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (KUSKOP). In this capacity, he oversees initiatives relating to halal and vendor development in support of the Ministry's efforts to enhance the competitiveness of entrepreneurs.
Prior to his current appointment, he held various positions across the Prime Minister's Department, the National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA), the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water, and the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA). These appointments provided him with broad experience in policy coordination, project delivery, financial and organisational management, as well as infrastructure development and disaster management, further strengthening his expertise in public administration, strategic planning and organisational development.
He holds a Master of Environment from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He is also a member of the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service Association (PPTD).
