YB Datuk Nur Jazlan Tan Sri Mohamed

Chairman

Datuk Nur Jazlan was appointed as Chairman of UDA Holdings Berhad on 16 July 2010. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from South Bank Polytechnic, United Kingdom and a Fellow of the Associated of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom. He was a Council Member and Chairman of the Public Relations Committee of the Malaysia Institute of Accounts (MIA) as well as Council Member of the Asean Federation of Accounts (AFA).

Besides being Chairman of UDA Holdings Berhad, he sits on the board of Telekom Malaysia Berhad, United Malayan Land Berhad, Prinsiptek Corporation Berhad, Jaycorp Berhad, TSH Resources Berhad and Ekowood International Berhad.

Datuk Nur Jazlan is active in politics and holds the post; Member of Parliament of Pulai, Johor. He was also selected to head UMNO Pulai and is the Barisan Nasional's Chairman for Pulai, Johor.

Puan Siti Zauyah Md Desa

Puan Siti Zauyah Md Desa was appointed as director of UDA Holdings Berhad on 28 January 2011. She graduated with Masters in Business Administration (International Banking) from University of Manchester, United Kingdom and Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying from University of Reading, United Kingdom. She also holds a Diploma in Public Administration from National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN).

Puan Siti Zauyah currently serves as Deputy Secretary (Economy), Investment, MOF (Inc) & Privatisation Division, Ministry of Finance. She had served the Ministry for 20 years in various capacities such as Deputy Secretary (Infrastructure), Investment, MOF (Inc) & Privatisation Division; Head of Section (External Funding), Loan Management, Financial Markets & Actuary Division and Principles Assistant Secretary (Multilateral Unit), Loan Management, Financial Markets & Actuary Division.

She is also currently the director of EXIM Bank, Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad and Aerospace Technology Systems Corporation Sdn. Bhd.

Datuk Zainuddin Muhammad

Datuk Zainuddin was appointed to the Board of UDA Holdings Berhad on 3 December 2001. He is also the Chairman of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee and member of the Audit Committee. He holds an Advance Diploma in Housing, Planning & Building from Bouwcentrum International Education, Rotterdam, Holland, Advanced Diploma in Town & Century Planning from University of Melbourne, Australia and a Masters Degree in Regional & Community Planning from Kansas State University, United States of America.

He held various posts in a few states in Malaysia before being appointed as Director General in the Malaysian Federal Department of Town & Country Planning from March 1993 until his retirement in February 2001. Datuk Zainuddin was awarded the title Adjunct Professor of Planning from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, was named Paul Harris Fellow by The Rotary Club International, Alumni Fellow from Kansas State University, United States of America, and received a Fellow from the Environment and Development Institute (LESTARI) by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Datuk Haji Rizuan Ab Hamid

YB Senator Datuk Haji Rizuan was appointed to the Board of UDA Holdings Berhad on 1 August 2008. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Science (Housing, Building & Planning) from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang and a Degree in Administration from Connaught Univesity, United Kingdom in 1985.

Currently, YB Senator is Chairman of a few companies namely; MPH Group Printing (M) Sdn Bhd, Puncak Awal (M) Sdn Bhd and Mega Legacy (M) Sdn Bhd. He also holds the post of Director for Poly Axis Sdn Bhd, Mida Zest Sdn Bhd and Quattro Leone Sdn Bhd.

YB Senator is also active in politics as he is the Head of UMNO Kepong, Chairman for Kompleks Anak-Anak Yatim Darul Kifayah and Yayasan Pembangunan Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan besides being a member of the Majlis Agama Islam Kawasan Wilayah Persekutuan. He was appointed Member of the Senate effective 14 October 2005.

Encik Ahmad Nazim Abd Rahman

Nazim was appointed as director of UDA Holdings Berhad on 21 January 2009. In addition to his directorship, Nazim serves on full-time capacity as Chief Executive Officer of a regional telecommunication group, Exasquare Corporation and President Director of its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Exasquare Telkomindo. He is also currently a director of Emergent Capital Sdn Bhd, a venture capital investment firm, and a few private companies in Malaysia.

Nazim was previously a lawyer specialising in corporate and finance and has worked with leading firms Zaid Ibrahim & Co in Kuala Lumpur and Norton Rose LLP in London until end 2008. He has advised financial institutions and corporations on fund-raising exercises, cross-border financing, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring activities. He was also previously a senior associate at Securities Commission of Malaysia where he was attached to its Issues and Investment Division.

He graduated with LL.B (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia and was a Fulbright scholar at Georgetown University, Washington DC, where he obtained his LL.M.
